Management Team

Uniscite Inc. is led by a management team with a combined of over 100-year experience in BOPP production and business management.  Our directors and executives are as the followings: 

 

Mr. Zhanlong Peng

Chairman

Mr. Zhanlong Peng is the Chairman of Uniscite, and he is responsible for the formulation and implementation of our business strategies and management of our business operations.  Specifically, he drafts the Company’s income and expenditure budget, makes decisions for major affair, oversees the company’s operations; communicate with business partners and etc.

 

Ms. Fang Wang

General Manager

Ms. Fang Wang is the General Manager directly led by Mr. Peng. She is primarily responsible for guiding employees in achieving the goals and ambitions of the organization. She ensures that all processes and practices are working in a proper manner, discusses with other members of the top management and devises any specific goals.

 

Ms. Lina Sheng 

Assistant General Manager, 

Accounting Manager

Ms. Lina Sheng is the executive assistant to the General Manager.  She also prepares and distributes budget reports and financial statements to management in a timely fashion, manages account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.

 

Mr. Zhiquan Hong

Chief Engineer Director

Mr. Zhiquan Hong works with other managerial staff to ensure project completion in an efficient manner. He oversees each phase of the installation, equipment maintenance or product development so that the team meets company specifications and complies with federal and state regulations.

 

Mr. Peter Chan Cho Ming

Production Director

Mr. Peter Chan Cho Ming undertakes the task of monitoring and ensuring smooth functioning of the production process, preparing production plans after making detail surveys and researching and ensuring consistent supply of raw materials and essentials for high-speed production of BOPP films.
